Having a slow window startup is frustrating. Even having startup applications disable, many could still not find the solution. Event viewer, is a built-in tool for Windows, enable users to track performance issues.
Step 1
Open up “Control Panel,” go to “System and Security” and head over to “Administrative Tools.” Then, launch “Event Viewer.”
Or, simply type "event viewer" in search box.
Step 2
Click “Applications and Services Logs,” “Microsoft,” “Windows,” “Diagnostics / Performance,” and lastly “Operational.”
Event ID 100: Windows issue
Event ID 101: Application startup issue
Event ID 102: Driver problems
Event ID 200: Shut down issues
Step 3
By clicking onto each of them, you can now clearly identify the culprit and start your fixing from there!
