How To Fix Missing Windows Task Manager!

Today, while browsing the web or "wilderness", my system picked up a Fake Antivirus aka rogue-ware. After removing it, I was unable to bring task manager up. Windows show me this message:

But what's weird was taskmgr.exe is still available in my system32!

So the headache is to bring taskmanager back to use! Many solutions on web involve using Group Policy, my mine simply doesn't comes up!

Solution:

1. Download Sysinternals Suite here.
2. Unpack and run procexp.exe , which is a third-party task manager.
3. Click option button, select "Replace task manager", and this cause this third-party task manager the default.
4. To restore back to Windows Task Manager, simply unselect "Replace task manager"!
5. Your're done!

Hope this is useful!
