If you are a person who love to play with computer settings, and installing and uninstalling softwares is your part and parcel of life, I believe your computer is now kinda messed up like mine. What I mean by "messed up" includes modified or lost registry settings, system services, lost Windows functions and so on.
When these happens, reformatting computer is the choice of most. Luckily before I did that, I came across RefreshPC that claims to be able to refresh my system registry, services and cleans temporary folders and pre-fetch files safely.
By simply refreshing a computer, it easily reset more than 200 values, and had successfully solved numerous booting and and bug issues on computers I came across.
