By now with so many service providers, I'm sure you are well aware of cloud storage. And if you read my previous post, all cloud storage mentioned has the ability to sync, which I take it as the main advantage over those not mentioned. Why? Syncing is the best way to update and backup files automatically!

Adding into my list of cloud storages, Ubuntu One is another generous provider to give 5GB starting space for free. Don't let its name to mislead you, Ubuntu One doesn't just work on Ubuntu, but also on Windows now!
Feature wise, it got nothing less than its competitors. What's more for extra points lies in its ability to limit files upload and download speed which is very useful. However, I experienced a few times of connection lost during syncing between computer with Ubuntu server, but it has be solved by pushing the reconnect button manually.
