Computer is simply a tool for most people whereby "don't fix if ain't broken" is the rule of thumb. However many love to change the appearance of computer including Windows logon screen. Besides easy installation without tweaking the registry, this tool also supports automatic image resize and backup as well as reverting back to factory setting. The drawback is that it currently only supports Windows 7.
